Soldiers Memorial Hospital Foundation Scholarship Guidelines
One $500 Scholarship will be awarded to a 2024 graduate from each of the following schools who is planning to pursue a post-secondary education in the field of healthcare.
Bridgetown Regional Community School
Lawrencetown Education Centre
Middleton Regional High School
Ecole Rose-des-Vents
West Kings District High School
Application Deadline is 28 June 2024. Please include the following:
- A letter stating full name, address, phone number, email and please include interests, extra-curricular activities, volunteer work, employment history and why you have chosen a career in healthcare (500 words)
- Two letters of reference
- Name of the post-secondary institution you will be attending
- A current school transcript

Selection Committee Process:
The Selection Committee will review the Applications prior to 19 July 2024 and contact the successful Candidate by email.
An Award Ceremony will take place in August where the successful Candidate will receive their Scholarship.
